My first blog - Simple Diet for a Healthy Day

Dear friends.. This is my first post in my blog ; and i am very much confused on what to write which would be useful for all... Well.. while thinking of this a topic suddenly stroke my mind.. DIETING AND WEIGHT LOSS for Indian woman. Though there are lots of topics related to this in web i feel like giving tips of my own and of-course from my practical experience. For the past few months i have gained a lot of weight and started to stay on strict diet with exercise.I feel these tips will definitely help working moms on their busy schedule daytoday!
So why are we waiting now.... ???? Lets move on to see and use the tips for a healthy life.

  • Wake up early in the morning (that most of us do) and drink a glass of warm water with honey. This will help u in increasing your immunity and makes you brisk all through the day,
  • Then exercise to 
  • Your breakfast must definitely contains a salad which could be either with fruits or veg.
  • Take a glass of fresh juice or replace it with any raw fruit.
  • Avoid more of coffees , tea and sweets. Try to intake lesser quantity of rice cereal breakfast like idly, dosa or upma. You can add cornflakes, rajma, raagi in your breakfast which are healthy and good too
  • Include a bowl of rice with a bowl full of veggies (steamed preferably) and chappatis if u like for ur lunch, and you can add white portion of the egg. but avoid the yellow one!
  • And yes,, you can have a cup of hot tea or coffee with biscuits for evening snack. (but not french fries or nuggets or burgerssssssssssssssss)
  • For dinner try not to make it heavy. Take easily digestible and less calorie food. 
  • And those who are very keen in reducing your weight strictly avoid eating banana.Avoid chocolates, ice creams, fried foods and sweets which has lots of calories and if u take , burn the calories for sure..

I have followed only these steps and following now too....  Believe me or not.... i have gone down 3 kgs in 2 weeks. And i bet if you follow strictly it will show u a good result.
